The ManagedAnalytics leadership team has decades of experience optimising complex value chains across the energy, manufacturing, energy, minerals processing and mining sectors.

Our team of industry experts and consultants has designed and installed management operating systems and implemented large scale operational turnarounds and efficiency improvement projects for some of the largest businesses worldwide, delivering bottom-line improvements worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

The internal tools that we built to support our consulting engagements ultimately morphed into the ManagedAnalytics platform that we know today.
Meet the Team
Founder and CEO
Nikhil Datta
Nikhil has over 20 years consulting and industry experience, designing and installing management systems and helping turn-around large asset-intensive businesses.

Over the years, he has developed dozens of decision support and optimisation tools for modelling and analysing complex value chains. Nikhil is the principle architect behind ManagedAnalytics and has designed and developed the core platform.
Co-Founder
Thando Moutlana
Thando leads ManagedAnalytics's operations in South Africa. She is an experienced management consultant with over 20 years experience in industry and consulting for large enterprises.

Thando has a degree in chemical engineering from MIT and an MBA from Hult International Business School.​​​

Andrew Hill
Andrew is a commercially minded technology professional with experience across program management, software development, SaaS operations, cyber security, and compliance.

A successful Co-founder of a SaaS technology business with an exit to a large US corporation, he has experience in starting, growing and scaling software businesses.
